Plane of Hate Break-in Rules

  1. Please meet at the Wizard Portal in South Ro at 12pm EST / 9am PST. The port-in groups will not matter so please form groups of 5 only while waiting. Wizards please bind at the portal.
  2. Everyone should be invis'd and sow'd BEFORE you port up. Many things do not see invis.
  3. As soon as you zone in, run to the camp spot or as close as you can and camp out. Follow the path outlined in green. When you zone in, run forward and keep turning right until you see the slanted wall. Turn right on the wall and run to the corner and then turn right staying on the wall, turning right again at the next corner and camping out just past the first building. The areas you may get agro'd by see invis mobs are outlined in red. If you have a monk FD'd in these areas, they can tell you when the roamers are clear, if you draw agro, stay on the wall and die, do not train the people trying to camp. The area in the SW corner is an imp trap. If you are too low, 3-6 level 40ish imps will spawn. Be careful.

  4. Look at my hand drawn diagram of the wall. Stay between halfway and three-quarters of the way up the wall. If you are too low, you will agro the mobs in the houses. If you are too high, you will be harm-touched through the ceiling.
  5. After you camp, please go to the chatroom that will be set up and wait there until all the groups have been ported in and any corpses have been recovered by rogues. Almost nothing can see rogue sneak / hide in here, so with patience, all the corpses can be dragged in for rez.
  6. When you log in, stay on the wall and close together in the safe area halfway up the wall. Form the groups that will be assigned to you in the chat room, and start buffing up.
  7. Make an assist key for whoever has been assigned to primary assist.
  8. Um-mem any damage over time spells you have.
  9. Do NOT make pets.
  10. One more time. Do NOT use DoTs, or pets please.
  11. Please do not hit the mez'd mobs before the main assist shouts. The main assist needs to cast spells and taunt to keep the mobs from agro'ing on the enchanters.
  12. Listen to the raid leaders at all times. Only the raid leaders should be using shout. Any other general communications should use /ooc. The only exception to this rule is that the group leader should shout any loot found on the corpses.
